For nearly 40 years sworn and civilian employees of the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office have committed their time to Sheriff's Activities League and Explorer programs which have positively influenced the lives of hundreds of youth, and helping to make Sarasota County a better place to call home.

Vision Statement: To provide our youth with safe, experiential education opportunities which allow them to explore the many diverse aspects of our communities, while developing positive relationships with deputies from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office.
